I hung this above my desk where my eyes land on it during stressful calls, and the outward spiral from that single center is a surprisingly effective anchor. It’s a quiet object that does its job without shouting.

The repetitive symmetry is oddly calming to stare at during a stressful work call. It's small enough to sit on my shelf without cluttering things up, and just looking at it for a few seconds helps me reset my focus.
