Eclipse

I’d read about the alignment for weeks, but seeing the shadow creep across the light in person was something else entirely. The way the sky held both at once felt almost intimate, like a secret shared between the sun and moon.

Caught the alignment last night and honestly, it felt like the sky pressed pause for a second. The moment when light and shadow share the same sky is exactly as described—brief but impossible to look away from.

I’m not usually one to stare at the sky for long, but this made me stop mid-walk and just watch. The way light and shadow share the same moment is something I didn’t know I needed to see.
