From Day to Night

The way the sun and moon are suspended in that hourglass makes the passage of time feel almost poetic, and the design itself is a quiet conversation starter on my desk. I find myself checking it during late work hours, and it genuinely brings a moment of calm before the day flips into night.

I keep glancing at it throughout the workday, and the way the sand shifts from the sunlit upper bulb down to the moon below is oddly calming. It’s a simple concept, but the balance between light and dark really does make you think about how each day turns itself over.
