The scent is gentle enough that it doesn’t overwhelm, and even a single sprig lasted a few days before I swapped it out. My sleep has felt noticeably calmer since I started using it, which is exactly what I hoped for.

I tucked a sprig under my pillow last night and actually slept through until my alarm for the first time in weeks. The lavender’s fragrance is gentle, not at all sharp, and it’s still holding up nicely on the second night. Exactly the quiet calm I was hoping for.
